Childrens drinks, wine, tea, coffee, food and high traffic areas are common ground for unwanted spots and stains. We have an extremely high sucess rate at stain removal.

Though I can achieve great results the majority of the time, no one can honestly guarantee 100% success rates as this is not realistic.

Most stains can be removed utilising professional individual cleaning products, dependent on what the stain is. PH testing of stains will also determine what chemistry is required. Some stains such as hot tea, coffee, beer, fizzy drinks and food stuffs that contain a high tanin content require professional attention as soon as possible. Hot drinks and food especially are renound to very quickly lock stains into carpet and fabric fibres. (I recommend carpet and fabric protection to give you the time frame to clear up these sorts of spillages).

A lot of our carpets over time have the unsightly appearance of black lines/black edges surrounding the carpet, these are commonly known as 'draught marks'. They are mostly found around the wall perimeters and beneath doorways, giving the impression that your carpets are looking worn and dirty. You may think you have damp or mildew  but in actual fact this is due to natural air circulation beneath your carpets and floors, carrying carbons, dust and dirt amongst other contaminates, escaping around the perimeters of your carpets. We have a special product that has a high sucess rate at removing the carbons in the draught marks.

 TIP

Avoid using all chemicals that are sold for home use, some can discolour carpets. Detergent residue can become sticky when dry and subsequently attract dirt!
